Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund of your first month's subscription. Project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

All content, code, and systems provided by BRAXIS AI remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and any outputs generated specifically for your business.
We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms or for abusive behavior. You may terminate at any time via your dashboard or by emailing us.
